A small, quiet record.
Q Origin uses only the storage required to keep you signed in and remember a few preferences. We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party trackers. Last updated 25 July 2026.
1. Strictly necessary
These cannot be disabled — without them you cannot sign in, navigate, or save your practice.
- Authentication session — a secure token kept by our auth provider so you stay signed in.
- CSRF token — protects forms from cross-site request forgery.
- Cookie acknowledgement — remembers that you have seen this notice.
2. Preferences (optional)
Stored locally in your browser. Used only to make the practice feel like yours. You can reject these in the banner; the app remains fully functional.
- Language and theme preference.
- Last viewed reading and onboarding progress.
- Reminder time settings.
3. First-party analytics (optional)
We record a minimal set of events on our own servers — page views and major practice milestones — to understand whether the work is reaching the people it is meant to reach. There are no third-party trackers and no cross-site identifiers. You can decline this in the banner and we will not record these events.
4. What we do not do
- No advertising or remarketing pixels.
- No Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, or similar third-party trackers.
- No selling, sharing, or syndicating of behavioural data.
- No cross-site tracking.
5. Changing your choice
Clear your site data in your browser to be shown the cookie banner again, or write to us at privacy@qorigin.kt and we will reset your preferences. See also our Privacy policy and DPA.
