Philosophy
Two vocabularies. One phenomenon.
Most apps want your attention. This one wants to give it back to you.
We were taught to choose. Pick a side. The mystics on one shelf, the scientists on the other, and a quiet shame for anyone caught reading both.
Q Origin refuses the shelf. The aura is the heart's electromagnetic field — measurable several feet from the skin. Vibes are limbic resonance — vagal tone synchronising between nearby nervous systems. Shadow work is memory reconsolidation. Karma is operant conditioning and the chemical marks epigenetics leaves across generations. The Witness is what fMRI shows the prefrontal cortex doing when you name a thought.
The mystics named the phenomena first, in the language they had. The scientists measured them second, in the language they have. Same referent. Different vocabularies. We build the bridge in plain sight and let you walk it.
The practice itself is older than the language used to describe it. Twenty minutes of quiet attention, repeated for twenty-one days, will show you something about yourself no algorithm can. No streaks. No badges. No notifications begging you to come back. If you skip a day, the page waits.
Your journal lives in your private cloud, encrypted at rest. Nothing is sold. Nothing is studied. No one — including us — reads what you write. And if it helps another soul, you may quietly gift the practice to them. That is the only growth mechanism we believe in.
Sovereignty is the goal.
The science is the floor.
The sacred is the ceiling.
You are the one who walks between them.
